Lutherville, MD, January 18, 2010: Intersect Healthcare, Inc., one of the nation’s leading providers of RAC　and Denial Management software, has announced the addition of Oluyomi (Yomi) Faparusi, Sr. Esq., M.D, PhD, as Director of Medical Review & Research, according to Brian McGraw, president & CEO. In bringing Yomi aboard allows, Mr. McGraw said the addition will strengthen our appeal services component and allow Intersect Healthcare to evolve as one of the preeminent appeal solution providers. “Yomi brings a great amount of knowledge and expertise that will ultimately allow Intersect Healthcare to deliver the most complete appeals to current and prospective customers.” Yomi’s responsibilities include creating appeal letter templates and execution of medical review services.

Yomi received his Jurist Doctorate in May 2009 from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware while graduating with Cum Laude honors and an expertise in Health Law. Prior to receiving his law degree, Yomi received his PhD in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Yomi received his Medical Degree in 1997 from the University of Ibadan’s College of Medicine in Ibadan, Nigeria. “I am very glad to be coming to work with such an innovative company and a talented group of individuals.”
